What is a supported user?
A supported user is an approved employee or team member covered by the monthly plan who can receive help with routine remote IT issues, accounts, email, cloud tools, and approved business devices.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly support can be cancelled with notice according to the service agreement. After cancellation, Kocre IT will remove support access and uninstall the support agent from managed devices as part of offboarding.
What type of businesses are a good fit?
