What is a supported user?
A supported user is an approved employee or team member covered by the monthly plan who can receive help with routine remote IT issues, accounts, email, cloud tools, and approved business devices.
Do you offer unlimited support?
No. Kocre IT uses fair-use support. Monthly plans cover routine support within a reasonable usage range. If support volume is consistently above normal plan usage, we may recommend a higher plan or scoped project pricing.
