Do you support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?
Yes. Kocre IT supports common Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tasks such as user setup, password help, MFA setup, shared mailbox support, groups, basic permissions, and account offboarding.
Do you provide cybersecurity?
Kocre IT provides basic security hygiene support such as MFA review, local admin review, Defender/firewall checks, access cleanup, and risk notes. We do not currently provide full cybersecurity incident response, compliance guarantees, or 24/7 security monitoring as standard support.
What is not considered standard support?
Projects, migrations, security incidents, vendor escalations, after-hours emergencies, hardware repair, cabling, server work, compliance work, and major system changes are not standard support. Those are reviewed and quoted separately.
